On a very soft and unprepared pitch, the Winchester Nepalese – in their inaugural fixture – pipped us by a mere 8 runs last evening, despite an excellent last-ditch effort from Angus. Match reports and stats to follow.
Thanks to those of you who have let me know your availability for the June fixtures. We have some wonderful grounds to visit in June; a couple are new fixtures – we return to Crawley after a three-year gap, and play our original foe the Westgate Lambs at North Walls at the end of the month. Places are still available but going fast – so “book early to avoid disappointment”.
Mike F will be having a net session next Friday, June 4th.
Please can I also draw your attention to the North Walls consultation which is running until June 11th, and encourage you to complete the survey – which can be found here:

Do give a plug for the pavilion (and the desperate need for it) and you might like to comment on the observation tower/helter skelter and concrete solar tress (I refer you to my e-mail for further and better particulars!)
All the best,
Mike
